Commercial Resilience Business Process Model (CRBM)

GCAP has pioneered a methodology to develop practical projects by extending Business Process Models to focus on resilience of defined outcomes. CRBMs have been tested for supply chains in Latin America, asset based companies in the UK and tourist development. The approach facilitates rapid appraisal by stakeholders and identifies the most urgent actions for investment.
