GCAP is looking for Key Experts to support our tender to the EC Global Climate Support Facility (ACP Framework). The Key Expert must be from the ACP region, although the location of the assignment is open.


Key Expert in Training and Institutional Support: at least 5 years experience in training and institutional support in a development context, preferably in relation to environmental issues, at least 4 years experience in working in ACP States and Regions, experience in mainstreaming climate change in development/sector policies, strategies and programmes, ability to work fluently in both English and French.
